Chief Executive Officer

A Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development our CEO joined Amicus Trust in November 2002 and is a specialist in the field of Human Resources, HR and business planning.

The Board of Trustees

Drawn from the local business and local government community, the Board of Trustees brings a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience to the organisation’s work. Amicus Trust’s trustees are dedicated to the cause and are active individuals in the local community. The Board members give their time to support the operations of Amicus Trust and are prominently involved in homeless issues either through their daily work or in a voluntary capacity.

The Management Team

The Management Team is dedicated to the support of staff and the welfare and development of Service Users we have managers in post for ; Finance, 3 x Operations Managers , HR, Marketing and Fundraising , IT, Outreach Project Manager and Mental Health Lead

Housing support staff

Each house is staffed with Housing Support Workers who provide keywork to the service users inline with their personal development plan, staff and service users are also supported by a Senior House Worker .

Outreach Staff

Our Outreach team deliver additional support in mental health, education, employment and life skills.

Staff are seen as the most important resource within Amicus Trust. To reflect this Amicus Trust is committed to staff training and development, and promotes staff/client involvement in all major strategic discussions. We recruit & promote on merit alone.
