Training Courses

In addition to external training, Amicus Trust has developed a range of in-house training courses to ensure staff are able to safely meet the needs of the clients we support, and that service users feel effectively supported in their progress.


Our training is led by our Mental Health Lead, BSc (Hons) Psychology, MSc Cognitive Neuropsychology, PGDip CBT, PGDip Counselling, PGDip Discourse Analysis

Training Available

We have a range of standard training courses that could be delivered on-site at your organisations or at our training centre in Bedford. If you have specific needs we can work with you to develop a more bespoke course

Covering all main mental health conditions and addiction. Looking at therapeutic approaches, grounding and de-escalation as well as communication with people with mental health needs. Can be tailored to individuals needs.
