Amicus Trust are delighted to offer a newly converted 7 bedroom housing project dedicated to the support of young people 16 - 24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Located in the heart of Wellingborough, close to the shops and amenities this project offers accommodation for up to 7 young people from the region. Individuals have their own secure en-suite bedroom and access to a communal kitchen, living room and dining area. This is a newly converted apartment which is fully furnished, with large bay windows and well-equipped communal areas.

Young people will have access to the following support;

  • Accommodation for up to 2 years
  • Private en-suite bedroom
  • Access to communal areas
  • Housing support staff on-site
  • Personal Development Plan
  • Key Work
  • Access to in-house Mental Health services
  • Signposting

When the young people move in with Amicus Trust they are encouraged to identify the steps they need to take to progress to their own home. A dedicated Key Worker will support the individual with achieving their goals and overcoming any issues they need support with.

The aim of the project is to support young people in a safe environment while they build the skills needed to live independently.
