Thank you to everyone who took part in the Staff Well-Being Survey, the management team take the well-being of staff incredibly seriously and understand the importance of staff satisfaction. The surveys were anonymous, so while we cannot respond to comments individually, we will refer to all feedback when reviewing policies and procedures going forwards.

  • 90% are clear about the Health and Safety policies
  • 92% find equality and diversity in the organisation adequate or excellent
